Windows 11 Pro 關掉 BitLocker 加密磁碟功能

由於Windows 11 Pro 的 BitLocker 加密磁碟功能會導致 SSD 的性能嚴重下降，想關掉 BitLocker 加密磁碟，可以用可以用系統管理員身份啟動 CMD 命令提示字元，執行 "manage-bde -off C:"，就能閉掉 C Drive 的 BitLocker 加密磁碟。

C:WINDOWSsystem32>manage-bde -off C:

這樣就能把磁碟Ｃ的BitLocker加密功能關閉了。
